PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Jac is a highly experienced fitness and nutrition coach with over a decade of hands-on industry leadership. Beginning her career in personal training, Jac quickly built a reputation for delivering honest, results-driven coaching that empowered her clients to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. She went on to own and operate her own gym for ten years, where she coached hundreds of clients, built a thriving fitness community, and developed a deep understanding of what people truly need to achieve sustainable results.
Alongside her extensive coaching experience, Jac is a qualified nutritionist and Pilates instructor, allowing her to take a well-rounded approach to health, movement, and lifestyle change.
Current Role at NHFA
As an Online Trainer and Assessor at NHFA, Jac supports students through their Certificate III and IV in Fitness studies. She assesses coursework, provides feedback, and shares practical industry insights to help students bridge the gap between theory and real-world coaching.
Drawing on her experience as a trainer, gym owner, and educator, Jac is passionate about helping new fitness professionals enter the industry with confidence, professionalism, and the skills needed to positively impact their future clients.

Personal Touch
Outside of her professional life, Jac is a proud and busy mum who loves spending her weekends supporting her two children from the sidelines of their sports matches. Family time is a huge priority, and much of her spare time is spent cheering them on, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors together. A passionate AFL fan, Jac also loves supporting the mighty Essendon Football Club. Personally, she values living the lifestyle she encourages her clients to embrace – staying consistent with her own running and strength training, while also prioritising recovery through infrared saunas and ice baths. For Jac, health, family, and movement are all part of creating a balanced and fulfilling life.
