PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Reese began his fitness career in 2013 as a Personal Trainer and quickly discovered a passion for both client development and mentorship. By 2015, he stepped into the role of PT Manager with Goodlife Health Clubs, where he has spent more than a decade mentoring and developing Personal Trainers and other managers across the network.
Eager to continue learning, Reese has completed the ASCA Strength & Conditioning certification alongside numerous professional development courses, sharpening his expertise in coaching and performance. His passion for education has also led him to deliver Certificate III & IV in Fitness training with several RTOs, equipping aspiring trainers with the skills and confidence to thrive in the fitness industry.
Current Role at NHFA
As one of NHFA’s face-to-face coaches, Reese combines his active work as a PT Manager with his teaching role—ensuring students not only understand the theory but also how it applies in the real world. He is committed to bridging the gap between study and practice, preparing graduates for genuine success in the field.

Personal Touch
Family is at the heart of Reese’s life. A proud “girl dad,” his two young daughters keep him on his toes with Nippers, gymnastics, swimming, and golf lessons. When he can carve out some time for himself, you’ll likely find him on the golf course on Fridays—though he admits his swing is still a work in progress.
