There are free-weights with dumbbells, barbells, and various benches if you’re looking to do strength training. You’ll also find a variety of pin-loaded weight machines that are great for beginner to intermediate level weight training. Extensive open areas for stretching and bodyweight exercises are also available. Functional training zones are usually provided with TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, battle ropes, etc. Making it a world-class facility to learn in.
