1. Shorter Days:
We have less sunlight in the cooler months so it can be hard tricking our brain into thinking that just because it’s dark, it doesn’t mean we can’t get out of bed! Our bodies are conditioned to sleep when it’s night and to operate during the day.
The easiest way to get up early in the morning is to just do it! Don’t hit the Snooze, just get up and get moving. The longer you leave it, the harder it gets.
