At NHFA, we understand that when you’re considering embarking on a personal training course, it can be overwhelming with all of the conflicting information you receive from different institutions. Then there is the choice on whether online or face-to-face training is the most effective and productive way to become a personal trainer!
Through our own experience and after extensive research in the industry, we have discovered that most students have found studying personal training online rarely gives them the best outcome and makes gaining employment in mainstream gyms and health clubs very challenging.

We understand that for some people, online study is their preferred study option; however, in the interest of our brand and staying true to our mission of creating the industries best personal trainers, we have decided that face-to-face training is more beneficial for the student and the trainer.
